Hey wdid, I don't know if W was asking me to the new years eve party or feeling me out to find out if I was going out, she said I needed to find a babysitter for new years eve and then started talking about how her friends and her were getting together to plan a party. who knows whats going on in her head.
W was to stop by today and go though the Christmas ornaments because she has a lot of old collectors items, but when she showed up she didn't have enough time
Talked about presents for the kids and asked me if we were going to split the cost I said what happened to the $1000 I gave her earlier this year for the Christmas fund, "did you spend it already", she said oh yeah I forgot, and then she told me she would take care of the cost. The money was for the kids her dad, my mom, and several couples we spend christmas with.
She then began to tell me how busy she is and she doesn't have time to get everything done before christmas, she has to work several days this week, has tickets to the hockey game, has to drop off some stuff for her friend, stuff her friend asked her to pick up for some wedding, etc. I was thinking to myself, I'm busy too (with the kids), and your doing stuff for your friends and going to a hockey game, I didn't say anything, life is tuff on her
She asked me if I heard anything from the L, which I haven't so she said she would give her a call.
When she was leaving, she yelled down to the kids (they were playing a game on the computer in their play area downstairs) they didn't move, they just yelled back bye mom love you, she wasn't happy about that, I guess she was expecting them to come running and give her hugs and kisses, that didn't happen.
W going to take kids overnight Saturday 12/14 and drop them off Sunday morning, that should be it for the week
House is clean, laundry day, working on the end table I'm building, have to work on old lady neighbors internet connection, check my work e-mail (I'm off today because the kids are off from school today) do a little shopping S5 needs snacks for Wednesday at school because its his birthday, need to work on the tree, making meatloaf mash potatoes and some type of veggie for dinner also baths tonight
Need to get everything done by 7:00pm - I believe Charlie Brown's Christmas is on at 7:00pm CST, thought the kids would like to watch that.
