I got up early today, and was out of the house before 6:30, headed for the golf course. It was a bit chilly! And the sun took it's time coming out. But, I had fun. Started at about 8, and with no one out there, I was done before 10:30, and got home around noon. (Went a little ways to save money, and get the time I wanted.)
I rested, the kids were working with their mom on their Science Fair Projects. Then W and the kids headed out to shop, and then go to dinner, with instructions for me and S20 (who worked pretty much all weekend, 24 hours a day) to follow in 45 minutes. We ate at Outback, they gave me a birthday present of an iPod shuffle!
I bought and started "Hold on to Your N.U.T.s" last night. It will be an easier read than "Passionate Marriage". I see its point, so far. I'm not yet sure if I buy it, but I have to read some more.
Now I have a full stomach, a warm bed, and a soft cat on my lap!
Sounds like a lovely day for you. I am glad your w made an effort with the kids to make it special. Follow your heart and your head durting this journey, Jeff. It will all happen as is is should.
