Had a good meeting w/ L yesterday to respond to some of W's requests.
I think she is currently in CA w/ OM on vacation. It was her weekend this weekend, but when I found out she was out of town I went and picked up S from daycare and had my mom watch him.
I then texted W to let her know that S was with my mom, and to call me to set up a time/location to exchange. She did call back and let me know that her step-dad would have to pick up S today. I said that isn't necessary and I will keep S until she is available. She said she would meet me at 5 p.m. at our normal location to exchange.
A little bit later I got a text saying that she is going to be out of town this weekend. And asked if I want S.
She then texted again a few minutes later saying I should have the first option to have S if she doesn't have him.
NO KIDDING!! But this would have never happened if I hadn't known what she was up to and that she was going to pretend she was actually around while in reality MIL and step-FIL would be taking care of MY S.
