My back is feeling better and better. R gave me another back rub last night, most of the kinks are worked out. Also have an hour massage scheduled on Monday! Yay!!!

This weekend will be low key cuz of the holidays. We are doing a bunch of administrative stuff and I am giving a physical fitness test in the AM (don't have to take it yay! LOL). Then we are having our christmas party! Some briefings for the family, but mostly just fun.
