I think that is what everyone is trying to say. He needs to get on the BC to establish his legal rights. A pat. test may be the only way to accomplish that.

Kel is right--if he is not on the BC, without established paternity he will not be able to sue for any parental rights. Say a year from now, she gets POed and decides she can fry a different fish (we can only pray!) and decides to leave the area. Great for you, bad for H--since she could then keep him from ever seeing the baby--saying that it was not really his, she lied.

i know the importance of the test, its H who doesnt, but i told his mom. beat me later, i cant lie anymore, to her. she will make sure it gets done.

Good for you fro telling MIL. She needs to know. This may be her grandson and she should be able to have a relationship with him, too. See this is all tied to the need for that test. This innocent little boy has an entire other family he is deliberately being kept from.

Ok hon, i did it, sent the recipie in the alt. forgot the email addy though. God my brain is fried. I cant' wait for this weekend. See, worked all last weekend, all of the stuff with H and everyone here and I'm a mess. I need my 3 day weekends. S has karate stuff on Sat and H will be working. I may just veg for at least part of the day. My brain needs to slow down.

morning all. slept in this morning, didnt get to bed til after 1, H got a buck last nite, so that took the evening up. wish i had gone yesterday evening, as today its so cold lol. oh well, now he has his buck, its fair game for me to shoot whatever I want lol.
