My H used the same tactics, he was really nice when he wanted something & really nasty when he didn't get his way & would threaten me with something, like taking the dogs from me & telling me he would not give me the house. He also told his brother & SIL that he might have to pay me alimony but he would be sending it to jail b/c he was going to press criminal charges against me for getting into his email. Well, I'm not in jail & I still have the dogs & the house. Stay strong!! And, I agree with MWG, Silence is golden!!!
