Kel is right--if he is not on the BC, without established paternity he will not be able to sue for any parental rights. Say a year from now, she gets POed and decides she can fry a different fish (we can only pray!) and decides to leave the area. Great for you, bad for H--since she could then keep him from ever seeing the baby--saying that it was not really his, she lied.
