Do you remember that article that has been linked to several threads? It talks about the different types of affairs. The romantic affair will destroy everything and take everything available until there is nothing left for it to take. That is the one my ex is in. Everything is destroyed in it's wake.
At first I thought he was doing this to me but I realize that really it has nothing to do with me. It all has to do with him and his being so self-centered now. Our family doesn't mean enough for him, nothing means enough but this affair and he is simply feeding it.
