Kat, now I understand your worries about the bankruptcy!!! H is going to do that and foreclosure and he makes too much money for bankruptcy they said unless I file jointly with him. My L was saying how this couldn't have been avoided, but I said if we didn't have to live apart with double the expenses and $7 or $8000 in legal fees I think it could have been. H would just rather be bankrupt and foreclosed than marriage with me. Sucks!!! Karen
