Guess what? I got H to admit last night that the old 'Us' is no longer...and that we have to make a new 'Us' if we're going to stay together.

This is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!

BUT that statement came about 2 hours after him coming onto me again and me having to state my case of why I'm not ready.

Had to share...that was huge progress in my eyes.

Still though - I still don't see my feelings returning...but at least I don't visualize punching his face in anymore!

Break...I'm keeping an eye on you, since we are so similar.

It helped me knowing that I'm not alone when I came to this board. And I want to let you know that the anxiety, him getting set off and thinking you did nothing all day, the small backyard....ME TOO! ALL of IT!

You're not alone. It consistently amazes me everyday why people make life harder than it already is...that they bring so much negative energy into the world and spread it around to others.

That is totally progress. Our first step was my wife being able to sit on the couch...on one side and me on the other, to watch a tv show. Not even really together but at least in the same room.

You feelings CAN return. Will they, who knows, but they could.

You know, I was thinking, you should dare him to read the book and show him where it says you should have sex with him. He would have to read the book in order to prove his point. How hilarious would that be. He might even learn something in the course of trying to prove he is right.

I really really have to share this funny funny story. It wasn't funny at the time though....not at all.

H was brought up in a very strict Christian school that teaches a literalistic belief in the bible...word for word bible truth... I am a lot more open minded on my views of the bible and religion. I'm not saying either way is right or wrong, but our differences in opinions have led to many many many debates about religion, etc.

About a year ago...he was coming on to me sexually in about the same manner he has been lately and complaining that he never 'gets it'. He was very sexually frustrated and I was (and am) completely turned off by him....

HE SWORE TO ME that is says in the bible somewhere that if a wife gives a man permission to have sex with another woman - it would not be considered adultery. He actually asked me point blank for permission to go sleep with another!!

I told him to prove where it says that. Prove It! MAN! You should have seen him scrounging through that bible...freakin hilarious!!!

See what I'm dealin with here?
