Separate note...W is going to see the MC by herself tonight. My plan for the moment is to let this happen and then give her the letter I've written setting boundaries including no contact during the first joint MC session.
She seems to be down this morning...she went out last night and did go shopping...she did not have much time to do much with OM if she saw him. Me being upbeat instead of down really puts her off.
I'm going to the cross-fit class tonight. Total 180...
