Actually my attorney said we can have a court approved stipulation in the pre and post divorce decree, but it is difficult to enforce. It would only allow me to drag her into court to discus with a judge...something that she probably won't want to do.
I understand that on a practical basis it just sets the boundries related to OM in the divorce decree.
