Glad to see you got over your "morning Sickness".. A little more time here... So I got my Mom back into the room where she was in before she got sick.(They wanted $200.00 a day to hold it but I pulled some strings) Anyway you should have been there. Her one roommate was Sooo Happy to see her.(83) and the other.(Now in the bed of the lady that died) is not really all there to know what is going on smiled also. I needed to go home to pick up my Mom's cell phone because the phones at Rehab. Are not very good. When I came back there were 2 other women in their wheel chairs in my mom's room welcoming her back. It was like an old lady slumber party. I guess in that place when one of the roommates leaves they usually don't come back... If you know what I mean... So they were all so happy to see my mom. I got my Mom this stuffed monkey that laughs when you squeeze its foot. They were passing it around and having a good "old" time. This incident with my mom has brought me and my sister closer together but.... I have found that all of a sudden I am taking on more now. I am the one transporting my Mom. I am the one arraigning care for my mom. Ya I know my sister just started her new job and can't take time off but still. It seems that with my marriage, my son, my mom.... I seem to be the one doing most of the work. Anyway.... So when I left I went back to my house. W had made some turkey soup but told me it was not ready yet. I said that was ok I could get something else. They she told me how it was Open house in January at the Junior High my son will be going to. Kind of strange when would be telling me so far in advance but..... Then when I was looking for something to take over my Mom's for breakfast she told me about some leftover hot pocket breakfast things in the freezer. Kind of like she was really interested in helping me. I so much would rather be sleeping n my own bed right now but I do think this time "out of the house" is having an affect on both of us. Like I said last night I am going to try to continue this at least until Saturday night. Ok so this morning after I took my shower I was up a little early and there has been this stuff stuck to the wall in the bathroom.(looks like newspaper pieces) and I was thinking that maybe my steamer would help remove it so after I got out of the shower I plugged the steamer in and the went to my room to get dressed. BIG MISTAKE.... I found out that the circuit for that side of the house could not take the amps and the fuse blew. So here I am sitting naked on the bed with one leg..(Yoyo and Saffie where are you two when I needed you?? Luckily I had a flash light close by. I finished getting dressed and then decided I would worry about the fuse when I get home. I did not want to be poking around the outside of the house at 3:am and have someone call the cops... Well I need to leave work early again today.. I am going to see what I need to do to get home care for my mom so she can come home and I can go home….
