PM, I have thought about it and discussed with both the DB coach and my attorney. They both agree it is the best approach. If she does not stop contact with OM, I will embarrass her and do everything in my power to obtain custody of D7. D7 will not be raised, even part time, in an environment where she sees her mother have OM. Even in Texas we can have stipulations about D7s exposure to W's OM.
