The whole rubber band thing goes back to the National Smoke Out day they used to have in November years ago. To help stop smoking people used to wear a rubber band and snap it when they got a craving for a ciggarette. I never smoked, so I don't know if it helped or not, but I do know that there is something that works in your subconscious. Praying helps too.

Yes, I am going to make a Dr. appointment. It makes me sick too. I don't want to make the call from work. And worse yet, my cousin works in our Dr. office. I know that she won't say anything to the rest of the family, but I hate to look in to her eyes.

Hope, I so understand wanting to call him. When he called we didn't talk very long, I just asked how his day was. IF he had eaten his tarts yet, he said he doesn't like them cold. He had left them in the jeep overnight so they hadn't come to room temp yet.

I already had all that testing done back in September. It cost $800 for all the tests. Glad insurance paid it down to $47. I told H if was to ever be with anyone else he better use protection, cause I bet insurance won't cover those tests over and over. It was more of a joke at the time, but it isn't a joke.
