I am at the point where I don't want to spend time with her; I don't know how that explains my need to wonder if she'll come back. But I'm in a good place; I just think it's sad that she chooses to miss out on the best thing in life, your kids. Ya know?
This is telling of the effect it is had on my D, she was gathering up pennies off of my end table today. She said that she was going to give them to mommy so that she could buy toys. I asked her, "You don't want to leave them for daddy, so can he buy toys?" She replied, "No, Daddy YOU buy food, mommy buys toys. You don't buy toys."
