I don't know how stbx and I will be able to talk to each other once all of the dirt comes out into the open and all of the mud is slung at one another. I think it really messes up any possibility of peaceful co-parenting. I know that we have to act like the adults when this is all over but I can see D5 being pulled in two directions for the rest of her life. How can you make sure that your child isn't completely messed up when the other parent insists on making poor decisions? He has said that if he loses, he will battle me in court for the next 13 years... Lovely...
