Kelaaron,

How could I forget about you!!! You have been so great to me. I am still struggling with the detaching thing. I finally understand the difference between movinf forward as opposed to moving on. I also understand that detaching can help me. I just cannot get it through my thick skull that I can detach without letting go. It feels like if I let myself detach, then I am giving up. Obviously I am wrong as so many have successfully detached and not let go. I just have to keep trying.

MT35,

Thank you for being here. You are not alone either. It really helps to know we are not alone in this.

JWM,

Well, I did not think it possible tonight but you have done it. You made me crack a smile. Thanks! I have a feeling I, like you will be blowing through the workout sessions at war speed. You are so right about the motivation.

Beth, I'm kinda easy to forget about as I only pop in when I feel the need to say something. But that doesn't mean I"m not lurking.

MT-week over, not for the same reason. Mine is a good one. Sorry.

Kelaaron,

You are NOT easy to forget about!!! I just have misfiring synapses tonight - bad combination of tryptophan and bad emotions.

{{{Beth}}} Sorry I left you for a few hours my friend..went and had dinner with the kids and the hub..it was okay...hub was cranky because he hadn't eaten and it was a wait to eat and then he had to go back to work..but we just all made the best of it anyway \:\)

Anyway..how are you now..2 hours later my friend?? Did you find some pillows to "fluff vigorously" or something to kick box for a while instead? LOLOL..by the way..if you think about the fact you'll have a BOD of STEEL then that would make you pretty tough wouldn't it..reminded me of Steel Magnolias, about how we, as women (sorry guys LOL), are "fragile" like a flower, but have to be so strong and so tough for the things that get thrown our way!

Hugs!

Tawnya
