Does MLC contribute to WAW? Infidelity?

Relatively new to this but wondering if anyone has any opinions as to how/when an MLC is related to WAW? Are they truly separate and distinct? I think my WAW suffering from MLC, too... My own opinion is that the MLC just magnifies the underlying issues that led to being a WAW and the infidelity... My sitch at link below. Thanks...
