Never posted to you but have been following your story. Puppy is right about not sending the email but IF you do, I would say instead of - I believe I should have some input into the evaluations - I WILL have input into the evaluations....
And instead of - I think it would be nice if you could return the favor. I EXPECT you to return the favor...
