Hey everyone the interview went great! Thanks for your thoughts for me. I should hear early next week about a start date. The only drawback is that I hire in at a lower rate and have to prove myself before going to a rate for someone with my experience. At worst I can do something I like while I'm still looking for something else. Pays better than unemployment anyway. Stretch those severance dollars as far as they can go.
