Onward and Upward - Part 8!

I am sure my h will show. He was here last year and the year before. I remember the year before, he could hardly sit at the table. He ate and left right away. Looked terrible. I really didn't know what to say to him back then.

Today, my h has come a long long way. Haven't heard from my h today. I did notice I missed a call from him last night, but he didn't leave a message.

I am not going to pressure him as to when is he coming. I will probably have the meal ready around 1 or 2 and call it a day. If he is here great if not he can eat leftovers.

Life goes on with or without him. I am not feeling bad though or getting stressed or angry. Life is what it is!

I think that is how we need to approach it. Harder to say than do, but really what can we do if they don't appreciate the warmth and kindness of our offerings or us as a person. Be kind and loving regardless and love from a distance for now.
