What does your gut say? Does she really want to go or would have just liked you to have asked? Of course there is now a sick child involved...Just because I almost always stay with a sick child, I would probably stay. I would be worrying about them the whole time. Just my take.

W: D11 has been home from school. I had to rearrange my entire schedule today.

Me: I didn't realize that. would you like to go to the game? I van come and stay with D11.

W: no, I have already made other plans and have stuff to get done.

Me: ok

W: thank you
Me: you're welcome. Bye

W: bye

Lost, feeling evil (shocker!) today so I guess I would have said, "Consideration is freely given when it is given as freely."

Oh, I like that response. I guess I am not feeling evil but grateful. I went to a funeral today and it just reminded me to tell people what you think/feel about them while you have the chance. Sort of morbid in a way but I don't want anyone to ever wonder. Love you guys!

Guess its not really that evil. Its true though. Why does she EXPECT consideration from you when she is so blatantly inconsiderate of you. As usual, her first thought was of herself.

Sorry Lost, I'm just in a less than tolerant mood of these waywards who have a sense of entitlement where it regards the people that they continously crap on.

Hey all. Just a couple things I need to get off my chest this morning.

First, thinking about the exchange with W last night. One comment really bothered me. It was the "I had to rearrange my whole schedule" cr@p. D11 is sick and she has to "rearrange her whole schedule". Frick. How self-centered. Poor poor me.

The other was a dream I had. Usually don't put a lot into dreams, but this one was so vivid - so lifelike. Woke me up in the middle of the night.

In my dream, I was sleeping. W woke me up. She was crying - had been for a while. All she could say was "I'm sorry - I want us" over and over. I asked why now and the reply was I know I messed up. Then I woke up. It was so freaky.

Wow..what an interesting dream..I do hope and pray it comes true for you and for your wife..she needs to see what she has right in front of her..

The thing about dreams like that which are so vivid and so real, is it's weird to wake up to reality isn't it? How are you today?
