My H and both boys have hit deer at some point or another. With the boys it was as both had just begun to drive. With oldest S he was driving a small S10 pickup and the weather was still nice, he had the drivers side window part way down and it leaped into the cab with him. Smashed the window and cut his arm. Pretty scary. My younger S was driving my Grand Prix GTP, (back before Pontiac turned it into a Grandma sedan). $4,000 damage to the front end. Thank God for insurance.
