Another wife hit by the bomb #3

Yep..actually we went, hub, son, and I..actually had a nice time..went to Wally World..got a few of the smaller heaters, they were like $25 each..but should do the job nicely..

We had a nice time at dinner, talked about the game and stuff about work and about son's video games and stuff, son did something silly and funny and we were cracking up as we were leaving..ahh..a moment of "normalcy"...

OK..so interestingly, while we were at Walmart looking at the heaters, there were a few I liked, and my hub said "whatever you want dear"..not sarcastically, just like he would have normally said..and then he almost said something about "I dunno hon.." but he stopped himself before the "hon" part came out..it was nice and interesting..

Anyway..I know..no expectations, or anything and, of course, I know the rule that usually after a day of niceness is usually a few days of not so niceness..but it was a very big babystep and I am very thankful for it!

OH..and, like I said yesterday, hub said he would be working on Thanksgiving and not to wait for him, TONIGHT he said "I'm covering call for someone on Thanksgiving, but I will TRY to get to eat with you guys at K&W or Cracker Barrel" or wherever I end up going

So there you go..a nice night 6 weeks post-bomb..I'll take it
