I checked the call log on the phone - calls are there from the end of May until July. Wouldn't he have deleted them all? Why leave some? Especially since he doesn't live here, and he doesn't know I know about the phone.

It is a pay as you go - I would assume he'd use cards from the drugstore.
We have a Dec. 9 court date. If I don't go ahead with D then, I'll have to re-file, wait another waiting period, etc.
