This is a really serious worrisome problem. I have often tbought about this very possibility - the need to move far away for work or some other reason. And what if our jobs involve a lot of travel, shift work, long commutes, etc. Jobs are often so temporary. It's a curtailment of fundamental freedom to loose custody of your kids as a result. And sort of like being under house arrest. Divorce for not enough good reason is simply plain wrong. Maybe I'm overreacting to this but that's what I think.
