((((Goldey)))) praying for you sweetie!

Mikey - When you're fighting a sore throat, any kind of cold weather is not good. Did some of the snow at least have the courtesy to stick so Caleigh could enjoy it a little?

Any idea where you want to take Caleigh to eat? Somewhere fun?

I love you too Mike! My VOR!!!! You are just an awesome man and so helpful to so many. Thank you so much.

Was the draft of the D papers just an update?

Enjoy all your time with Caleigh this weekend.

I had made a proposal on spring and fall breaks for Caleigh and of course she did not like my proposal and made a counter proposal..that was ok with me but the times need to be defined

..I had also ask for 48 hours notice when she was going to bring her mommy and daddy/step mommy/bros/sisters/friends/boyfriends or anyone else she deems appropriate to the child exchange "site"... my lawyer said they had issues with that..I told my L I had issues with her daddy being there and getting out of the car to purposely "engage" me..during the process of exchanging Caleigh and if that was an issue for them then give me 24 hours notice and have her riders keep their asses in the car and out of the exchange...cause actually..it's none of their business..

yep the snow stuck a little..there's not much..it's cold and blowy..

I may take Caleigh to Chucky cheese or Zaxby's..she loves Zaxbey's for some reason.

Thanks for the compliment..

Did you think or care if she liked that proposal. I don't see what the big deal is so stick to your guns on this one.

Have a great weekend Mike.

Chucky Cheese - devil mouse!

Zaxby's - BEST EVER!!! No fun play area, but cheaper by far than the devil mouse.

I find it unusual that Kim has issues about the exchange. How would she feel if Mike were to make the exchange by bringing his family and harem along?

I have never heard of Zaxby's. When I lived in Texas, I used to love eating at Church's Chicken, Schlotsky's and Whataburger. California has the excellent In-N-Out burger places. All we got here in Oregon is designer yuppie coffee places. Even our Hooter's went out of business.

Kim has major issues about giving me notice about someone coming..

Kerry, believe me I have no issues with anyone being in the car..All I'm asking for is notice if someone will be coming..and I've asked that they stay in her car..her and I exchange Caleigh and all be on their merry way..

I do not trust her and I no longer trust anyone in her family. I have access to her email and ahave seen the emails calling me, dangerous and a psycopath. I've seen emails which came from her dad, mother and brother.

and TBH..I prefer no contact with Kim or anyone in her family unless it concerns Caleigh. It makes my life less complicated, Kim's less complicated..

This is now about the business at hand, which is strictly co-parenting..

Your a great dad Mike and good man. Its too bad that everyone wasn't as concerned with whats best for the kids rather than their own stupid BS.

I've never understood why this is so hard for people to accomplish.

BTW...not sure what Zaxbeys is but I'd personally rather be beaten with a hose than go to Chucky Cheese. That place is a nightmare.

Oh and anyone that truly wants to feel better about their sitch is welcome to come by my thread and see the trainwreck that is my life.;\)
