Good Luck with the letter. One quick thought- would handwritten be better? It would maybe be a bit more personal, but you know W best (from your thread I assume she may not have a preference but just thought I'd throw it out there). I have my fingers crossed that it provokes some thought and consideration of the M. It's a GREAT letter.
