It's official.......what now?

I'm looking for some advice from you guys. I'm sure someone has dealt with this issue. I alluded to it on klm's thread but though I would post more about it here and see what you all could offer by way of suggestions.

In our settlement we agreed to split the credit card debt in half. The problem with this is that Gabe has crappy credit (as do I thanks to our financial issues over the years) and can't get credit to transfer half of the balances to. My only other hope is that he will give me half of the payments per month. Of course, that won't guarantee that he will ever actually pay half of what is owed since he would only pay half the minimum and I always pay more.

Any suggestions?

Also, he has agreed to pay the car payment and Marc's karate for the next few months until he has to start paying child support. I have to hope that he actually follows through with the karate. I'm pretty sure he will pay the car payment since the loan is in his name only.
