The reality is that they are still coming and some of the new ones are not like the group that came in when I did..they are not able to accept the type of advice "you and I" give. and yes..I do OVERTHINK way to frinkin much..

I'm still struggling a little and feel it may be a combination of things.. a little cold type thing I'm fighting- a little pressure from CSR38 I think.. Holidays coming up wanting this to be over job pressures the weather sucks at the moment and has for the last week. helll, it appears I just described "life" I need to get out of town for a few days I think..and definately out of my head.
