So the W came in today about 7pm NOT dressed like she had been at work. She had seen all the NFL games today; so I know that she didn't go to work. So there's another lie about her work schedule. It amazes me that she still feels the need to lie to me about what she is doing. Guess, she can't see from my body language that I really don't care what she does.
Anyway, she was helpful tonight. She gave the D a bath and put her to bed after reading her a story. She also read our S a story after he took a shower. She left to stay GF's house tonight; says that she'll be here in the morning to help take our D to preschool.
It looks possible that we have an understanding on custody. I overheard her tell our S that he will stay here (my house) every night before school; but on nights where there is not school, he can stay with her. She told me that she still plans on staying with her g.father on her mom's side so that she can get paid for taking care of her invalid g.mother. I can live with that; I was concerned that she was going to be staying with GF. I was even more concerned that she was going to be moving in another man. But hopefully what she says is true.
What is sad is that when she came in the house; my boy exclaimed "man mommy, I lost track of how many days it's been since I've seen you." She didn't have much of a response. Later he told that he knows many kids where their mommy and daddy don't live together. It's really sad that he didn't seem that worked up over it; but I did hear him ask his mother if I was still going to live here. That was when she told him that he would stay here on school nights.
If all this holds true; I can live with it. This is most important part of any settlement; money.....
heck, I can make more money. Not that important. I won't give away the bank; but it's less important than the children.
But what I did find amusing tonight is that she has had her cell service cut off twice now since she's gotten her new cell phone. She hasn't even paid her first bill yet and she's getting dodgy on the bill. I heard her telling the service rep some lie about waiting on checks and a debit card. Heck, she already has a Visa card that her pay gets deposited on. I had to leave the room. She turned so angry within 30 secs on that poor rep. Somehow she sweet talked someone else to turn it back on for her.
