I don't know if/when you H will decide to file for D, but once he does it is very important that you get a good lawyer and FAST.
As I am sure you know, here in a Texas only one party is required for a divorce, and with a 62 day term, you will not have a lot of time to protect yourself.
Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.
PS: I actually live in Allen also (Watters Crossing), I just said Plano because even a lot of people from Texas never heard of Allen.
