At least you were able to get to your Daughter and bring her home safely.I am also very protective of my children and don't allow then to go off with certain people.
As for your friend, Ughhhhh!!! I recently had to end a friendship as it was sucking the life out of me. But it was for the best. No more constant text messages and guilt trips and all of the other stuff that went along with it.
