Oooh, I got here first! I normally ask for a latte or cappucino something, but I already have major insomnia today so maybe caffeine-free? Thank you for the chat! And perfect timing for your call. Didn't have to attempt to be polite to H and/or stress out over his visit last night. You were right, he left half hour early last night--OW must have wanted him home early!

Today D9 becomes D10!! Where has the time gone? To think she was 7 1/2 when this mess started. She is such a bundle of joy. I gave her presents to her this morning, maybe nothing as expensive as grandparents but stuff I knew she loved. She ran around the house squealing about her kitty calender, her pink fluffy scarf and the movie she loves. Thanks ebay and amazon.
We are going to be okay.

Kat, Happy Birthday to your DD. We are so very fortunate to have these wonderful little people in our lives. My kids give me faith that the human race isn't all bad.

We just got home and I am exhausted!! Go, go, go all day. Got to KC around 1:00 and my parents and the boys were right behind me as we pulled in! I thought I was late, so the timing was perfect. Let the kids play and ride rides for about an hour and a half and the off to see Madagascar 2. Cute movie for those that haven't seen it.
Then we headed back to play some more and ride a couple more rides. After we got back to Topeka, had to get gas and stop by the store. Now I have to go watch Rose Red with my little girl that loves scary stuff with ghosts!! (We have seen it before but she just keeps asking for it over and over). Cake is my homemade chocolate sheet cake...yes with chocolate icing!
