I'd do what the lawyer says. I don't get how your H gets away with this....it's in the divorce papers that HE needs to pay, so why are you involved in this. Isn't there anything you could do to get taken off those bills? Could your h take your name off of them? Bear with me, I don't know anything about this stuff.
