Well, I'm back in North Idaho. It's cold, rainy and lonely. This New York trip was much less enjoyable than the last one. But, I guess that is simply the way it is. No use crying over something you can't change. So, like I tell a few of my close friends... be positive.

On a positive note (see, even I can do it)....

There is a woman that I find attractive that I'm told is interested in me. While she isn't 27, isn't a teacher and isn't a redhead, she is 34 and is an elementary guidance counselor, and if the light hits her hair just right it's sort of auburn....

I have a number of holiday benefit dinners and things I have to go to. I will need a date. So, perhaps it's time to jump back in. Honestly, my hearts not in it, but...

Hi Woog - It was miserable here yesterday, but today looks much better so you should be getting good weather by tomorrow.

Good to hear about a G34. Your heart may not be much into it now, but if the two of you click, it sure can do miracles to take the pain of the last year away and put a new hope and sparkle in your life.

Woog,

Like you said, you need a date for these things. At the least, you could come out the other side of this 'social season' with a good friend you like to hang out with....nothing says you have to run off to vegas with the first fun/sexy/interesting gal you meet....

So if you find her attractive, and she finds you appealing, why not hang out together? Beats a kick in the head... ;\)

By chance does she enjoy the slopes? Possible bunny alert..

Oh yeah, and guidance counselors are sensitive, caring people by definition. Can't go wrong with sensitive and caring...
