You are doing so well and are really making a lot of progress. As we were saying over in ITH's thread stage 1 takes the longest to get out of. I think that was true for my sitch too. So even though it is taking awhile I think that says a lot about the chances of your sitch lasting once you get to stages 2-4 because you are not rushing or forcing the first stage.
This is really nice. In fact it seems that I am seeing more and more posts from you where H comes by and you ML. I agree with Daisy that stage 1 takes the longest to get out of, especially if you aren't seeing each other on a regular basis. Seems though like your slow and steady approach is really paying off.

Yes I feel like we are inching our way back to each other right now. I was very tempted to in a joking manner tell him that he should take me to the Intrepid Museum since it re-opened (this was something we plannned in the past before they closed it) but I chickened out at the last minute
I went to one of the interviews this morning and it went well. I feel really good about this place but I still have one other interview on Saturday before I make any decisions.
Maybe you can ask your H to the museum soon? Perhaps you'll want to share some good news about whatever new job you take with him, and need to celebrate :).

I already got a call back from the interview I had this morning!!! I asked for a sign to figure out what direction to take and so far I have had some signs that indicate that I should take the job that I went to the interview for this morning.
I feel so weird like there is going to be such a big change coming. I hope it is all for the best!!
I have to go in tomorrow for another meeting. They said that they wanted to pick someone before the end of the week. I told them in the initial interview what my salary requirements would be so I think that will be met then I also told them there were certain classes that I wanted to take and hopefully they will be included in package.
I think I will do that, I will wait until I hear the final word then I will tell him which place I am going to work and that he should take me to the Intrepid. LoL.

Have interview #2 today in the afternoon and if all goes well I will accept this offer so I can start on Dec. 1st. Give this place the 2 week notice on Monday.
On the H front, we were texting back and forth last night again nothing serious but it feels good that the communication is more and more frequent.

I also like the fact that you and your H are communicating more frequently. I think at the beginning like this, it's best if the conversations are nothing serious. That's what I've been dealing with too, and it feels weird in one way, but I think you need to build the comfort and trust with the small things first. Perhaps you can work your way up to talking about your work after you accept a new job. I know Pisces had mentioned in her own sitch that this was a good way to get her H to open up (talking about his work though). It's personal enough that it seems more intimate, yet not R based in any way, so no real pressure around the topic.
