Jeff thanks for stopping by. I did go to credit counseling . I am fine with what I am responsible for according to the divorce decree. It is when we add in what H isn't paying that is in joint name or has my name on it that we run into my not being able to do the program. The amount I need to pay would actually go up!!

Spoke with a couple of Lawyers about him being in contempt according to the decree but I would have to pay another retainer and then he would be sued but it wouldn't get me any where, except out of more money.

We had bad luck, made some bad choices and now it is time to pay the piper. I don't like it and it goes against everything I believe but I can't lose my home for this and I think the additional and continued stress is quite simply enough to make me physically ill.

Sorry I am not as strong as you guys make me out to be.

Will be happy to let you in on movie night.
