WIERD DAY W called me today at work, wanted to tell me that when she had the kids Saturday they went to Taco Bell and the kids liked the cheese rollup, told me they are only 75 cents and its a quick meal they will eat. Told W that we never eat fast food, but I will keep this in mind if I'm pressed for time, told her thank you and we said good bye. - WIERD
Then in the after noon I received this email from W, it was sent to a group - usually when she is going through her email I get several "group mailings" I only received this one and its been almost a month since she sent me any e-mail

Hey WDID, yes W was diagnosed as possibly being bipolar (very mild case or hypomania) A hypomania episode is not severe enough to cause marked impairment in social or occupational functioning, or to necessitate hospitalization, and there are no psychotic features.
I did some major reading on this, but W refused to follow through with doctors, would not listen to me, or anyone. 1 inflated self-esteem or grandiosity 2. decreased need for sleep (e.g., feels rested after only 3 hours of sleep) 3. more talkative than usual or pressure to keep talking 4. flight of ideas, or subjective experience that thoughts are racing 5. distractibility (i.e., attention too easily drawn to unimportant or irrelevant external stimuli) 6. excessive involvement in pleasurable activities that have a high potential for painful consequences (e.g., engaging in unrestrained buying sprees, sexual indiscretions, or foolish business investments)
