Things are settling down...not sure that's good!

So, I did a little reading up myself. I think I'm okay. It appears she doesn't have a case since she carried out an A with him. Now, if the A ends and he threatens to fire her or if he makes it difficult to work there after she ends the A or something like that, then that's another matter.

I guess my assets are protected...if he dies, I get it all right now anyway. If he lives, she can't take the business right now. If we D, he'll need to get the other legal paperwork done to make sure the assets are divided the way he wants them upon his death.

I feel better. She'd have a hard time proving she was forced into this 1 and 1/2 year affair, that she was forced to leave her H because of it, and that she was too stupid to sue him long before it got to the point of leaving her H. I mean, obviously, she consented.

We are back to my H wants OW and thinks he's gonna marry her. But, he's still making sure his kids are provided for in the event of his death! Same place we were last week, I guess! Oh, except that somehow today that seems better than it did last week. What's that?? Could it be detachment? Surely not...not me!
