When you lay it out like that, Mandy, one can see how the grass is not only not greener, it's non-existent. I wonder if he is sorry about all that has ocurred. Proof that he has learnt his lesson and is truly repentant though, is the day when he has the balls, courage and the humbleness to approach you and son and actually apologize for all he has put y'all through, in person. At this point, he is still in his cave, hiding from all he has done, from the consequences thereof, letting the OW wife do as she pleases. He may be ashamed of his actions (although there is no proof of this), but he sure doesn't care enough about his son (or you, for that matter) to come out and say sorry.

I guess dissolving the company means there is nothing left for which to dodge the taxman? Just waiting for when she dissolves the marriage and takes what's left. She'll leave all debts for your XH to sort out I'm sure.
