Change happens. Everything ends. Everyone has the right to pursuit their own happiness and actualization and who is a partner to stand in the way of it? If they are upset then they are seen as the weak one, the naive and irrational one who needs to grow up.

I have found that it is just standard that my ex decided to leave for no good reason that he could convey to me.

It is deemed normal that after being with one person for so long he would want to sleep with many, many people. Having an open relationship and having a baby in those circumstances is something to be celebrated with a baby shower and congratulations and if I have any hurt feelings over it then I am the one who is seen as damaged and wrong and jealous.

WL,

I believe all of this stuff is really screwed up........ I guess I see things in an old fashioned way.... You get married... You stay monagamous..... You have ups and dowwns.... That is life...... You do NOT bail when you feel "unhappy"...... I guess I am a dying breed of man....
