Having dinner w/ a long-time friend tonight. She's been down this path ahead of me (minus the violence) and offers much wisdom. Her XH and the new wife still attend the same church. When people ask my friend if they know, or are related to them, she replies, "Nope. Different family." The kegals sound like a good idea, too. Never know when they might come in handy. Peace.
