Does he pay child support? I saw where you said he didn't pay alimony. I'm so sorry for what you are going through.

It's kind of like when person is on trial for a crime. It seems they have more rights than the victim. Divorce is like a crime in many ways. You have the perpetrator and the victim.

On a side note I had to make sure I was spelling "perpetrator" correctly. This is the definition that they gave for it:

perpetrator - someone who perpetrates wrongdoing

Isn't that very fitting of a WAS!
