Lost, I don't know if it'll be the same for you, but after I told OMW what was going on, my W didn't say a word to me until I broke the ICE. We were sitting on the couch and I could just tell she was steamed so I finally said "I thought you'd have something to say" and BAM, that opened the flood gates!
May be the same for you. Give it a day or so and if she still hasn't said anything, maybe you have to give her an opportunity to unleash!
