The L was very nice. No pressure though of course is in favor of bankruptcy since that is the law he practices. Just made it not seem as horrible as I thought. Feeling kind of peaceful at the moment.

Did he give you any insight on how a D settlement would be handled in BK? Or did he suggest one filing before the other?
