I would like to think she is doing some kind of work on herself. Strengthening her good characteristics and thereby diminishing the somewhat grotesque stuff, relatively speaking.
It is a hope. Prayer is needed through it all. That is for sure. Lest I be fully and completely sucked in to the nightmare.
