The judge asked xH if it was ok if I *kept* his name. Funny, I don't think its the judge's business either way!!!
And thanks livin4me, I appreciate those kind words. Its not easy to bite my tongue when it comes to xH, but I do it. I just focus on the kids and anything after that is NONE of my business anymore. xH never asks me about *anything* personal. He has followed my lead in the house as well. For example, months ago, I stopped undressing in front of him. He now does the same, and also respects when I am in the shower (he has come a LONG way with that. lol).
A year ago, I would walk out the door to go to work and I would say goodbye to him and he would ignore me. It hurt so much. Now, he actually says goodbye, have a great night, we'll call you later. Amazing how much we BOTH have 'come around', huh?
