Thanks Corey and Yoyo. I will be seeing a L, I can only handle get confused by one at a time, tonight. He actually deals with Bankruptcy. He doesn't do the suing that I may be talking about but he gives a free consultation and may help give me some insight. Let's cross our fingers.

I haven't totally given up on ex trying to work through this with me but it looks like only a small chance. It would make so much more sense. he said to me today, "you want to be in this for another 3 to 4 years?" I said no but it is better than messing ourselves up for 10.
